Art & Alchemy Parfum is based in Toronto, Canada and we use Canada Post to ship our products.

We currently only ship across Canada.

Important Information Regarding the Different Shipping Services By Canada Post

For shipment within Canada, Canada Post offers:

• Expedited Post (land) – Tracking number is provided; estimated delivery time 2 - 10 business days depending on location in Canada. 
• Xpresspost (air) – Tracking number is provided; estimated delivery time 2 - 4 business days depending on location in Canada. 
  
  

All packages are sent with tracking but please contact us (info@artandalchemy.co) if you suspect your package is lost in transit.

Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us for reason such as wrong address, we will refund you the cost of the item but not shipping cost.
